As you may already know, geography is my favourite topic and I love everything that has to do with England so this english counties quiz was a great one to put together.

A county is a subdivision of the national territory mainly used for political and administrative purposes. There are 48 counties in England (even more in the UK) and they all have different sizes.

Some of them are historical counties while others like Greater Manchester are much newer.

In this counties of England quiz, we will test your knowledge through 5 rounds of questions. Each round is unique since they all have different types of questions or difficulty levels.
